We’re growing and looking for a talented Interior Designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Role Overview

This role combines creative design work with hands-on project management. You’ll collaborate closely with owner and our design team to develop concepts, manage client communications, oversee projects, and ensure seamless project delivery.

You’ll be both a creative problem-solver and an organized project lead who loves seeing ideas come to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept development through final installation.
• Prepare design presentations, floor plans, elevations, and FF&E specifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and trades to ensure on-time execution.
• Coordinate calendars, installations, and onsite visits accross multiple active projects.
• Source materials, furnishings, and finishes aligned with project vision.
• Contribute to internal design reviews and creative brainstorms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of interior design experience, preferably in residential or boutique design studios.
• Degree in Interior Design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop), and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of design documentation, purchasing, and project logistics.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate across a small, tight-knit team.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
