POSITION SUMMARY

Abby Hetherington Interiors is a boutique interior design firm seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented designer to join our collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design instincts with excellent listening and communication skills — someone who can thoughtfully interpret a client’s ideas, lifestyle, and goals into beautifully executed spaces.

At our firm, design extends beyond furnishings and finishes. We approach every project holistically, shaping architectural details, exterior aesthetics, and interior environments to create cohesive and deeply personalized results.

The ideal candidate will contribute to projects through all phases of the design and build process, supporting both residential and commercial work. This includes concept development, space planning, material and finish selections, client presentations, sourcing, documentation, and coordination with vendors, contractors, and consultants. You will work closely with the full design team in a fast-paced, creative environment where collaboration, initiative, and a refined design eye are highly valued.
