Interior Designer

Pay Structure:

During Training & Until You Get A Stead Flow Of Orders Going :

Hourly Pay + Commission (*Lower Commission)*

Once Established: Straight Commission (*Higher Commission)*

Job Requirement:

• Will need to be detailed oriented throughout the sales process and even after the sale to ensure that customers are taken care of.
• Will need to have excellent communication & customer service skills as this job requires you to interact with customers every day all day.
• Will need to have basic computer skills so that writing up sales, cancelations, looking up inventory and other activities are done accurately and in a timely manner.
• Will need to have a positive attitude and must be able to work in a team atmosphere.
• Having prior design/sales experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

Full-time position Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week. Will need to be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 9:30- 7:00
