About Us

We are a luxury interior design firm in Oakton, VA seeking a polished, highly organized, and proactive Interior Designer to support the day-to-day operations of our growing studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and enjoys balancing client communication, project coordination, purchasing, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional professionalism, strong communication skills, and a refined attention to detail. This individual will play an integral role in ensuring projects, installations, and studio operations run seamlessly while delivering an elevated client experience.

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Produce “sample” and “mood products”
• Supervise work progress
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises

Skills

• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, Google Suite or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Project management skills
• BS degree in Interior Design or similar

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
