Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Interior Designer with 2–5 years of experience. The role involves conceptualizing, space planning, 3D visualization, BOQ preparation, and on-site execution for a wide range of projects. This is a great opportunity for designers eager to work on diverse projects and grow with a reputed design firm in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Understand client requirements and create innovative layouts, elevations, and design presentations.
• Prepare mood boards, 3D renders, GFC drawings, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop cost estimates, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and project timelines in Excel.
• Research and source furniture, finishes, décor elements, materials, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants (MEP/structural), vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to supervise project progress and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Stay updated on latest interior design trends, tools, and materials.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–5 years in residential, commercial, or office interior design.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Excel.
• Design Skills: Strong in space planning, material selection, lighting design, custom furniture, and color theory.
• Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills for client and vendor coordination.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
• Location: Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
