Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Contracting

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Manager to lead our fit-out division, manage multiple projects across Qatar, and ensure high-quality delivery for residential, commercial, and retail clients. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
• Supervise site teams, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications; coordinate with design and engineering teams.
• Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, material procurement lists, and project reports.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, variations, and ensure profitability.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure clear communication.
• Manage approvals, permits, inspections, and compliance with Qatar regulations.
• Lead project handover, snagging, and close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Fit-Out project management in Qatar or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, carpentry, gypsum, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office.
• Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
• Must be currently in Qatar or able to relocate immediately.
