Interior Site Supervisor

Interior Site Supervisor:

-Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the interior construction site.

- Develop and implement construction schedules and ensure that work is completed within the specified timeframe.

- Coordinate with the Interior designers team , subcontractors, Vendors and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth operation of the construction site.

- Ensure that all construction activities are in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental regulations.

- Supervise and evaluate the performance of the construction workers and other staff members.

- Resolve disputes and conflicts that arise during the construction process.

- Ensure that materials and equipment are properly stored, handled, and disposed of.

- Maintain detailed records of all construction activities and report any issues to the project manager.

- Participate in budget planning and cost control activities.

- Ensure that quality standards are met throughout the construction process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
