Interior Site Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee interior project execution on-site. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and adherence to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and report updates to management.
• Ensure quality standards and design specifications are met during execution.
• Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain documentation of site activities, material usage, and work completion.
• Liaise with clients during site visits and address concerns professionally.
• 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-outs or construction.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
