Intermediate - Senior Architect

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect who can independently handle design development, documentation, and coordination while working closely with senior leadership. You should have strong technical skills, design sensitivity, and the ability to manage small to medium-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concept designs, schematic drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
• Produce high-quality architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits, prepare site reports, and support project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and project standards.
• Support the Senior Architect in design reviews and project decisions.
• Manage portions of a project independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 4–7 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/Rhino, and rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).
• Good understanding of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly through drawings and presentations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
