Intern - Brand Communication

Chitkara University Online is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Brand Communications Intern to support our fast-growing digital and content initiatives. This role blends graphic design, video production, and communication to strengthen the university’s brand across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:-

Content Creation & Design

- Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, campaigns, and internal communication.

- Support in designing thumbnails, banners, ads, and brand creatives aligned with guidelines.

- Assist in developing creative concepts for digital campaigns.

Video Production & YouTube Support

- Assist in planning, shooting, and recording video content for YouTube and other channels.

- Operate basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment.

- Support in editing short clips, organising footage, and helping prepare videos for upload.

- Coordinate YouTube uploads, titles, thumbnails, and metadata.

Brand & Communication Tasks

- Work with the communications team to ensure brand consistency across all outputs.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, content calendars, and storytelling ideas.

- Help maintain an organised asset library for graphics and video content.

- Support in drafting short captions, scripts, and communication snippets when required.

Required Skills

- Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator preferred).

- Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/CapCut is a plus).

- Good creative sense, visual storytelling ability, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under timelines and collaborate with a fast-moving team.

- Strong interest in branding, digital content, and communication.

Eligibility

- Graduation/post-graduation

- Prior experience (freelance/college projects) is an advantage but not mandatory.
