About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven intern to join our Devices category team at Cult, focusing on our fast-growing Massagers and Smart Weighing Scales product line. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about consumer tech, digital marketplaces, and brand building. You will be at the intersection of growth, product research, customer experience, and e-commerce strategy, contributing directly to the success of our physical products portfolio.


Product Development & Testing

  • Actively support the end-to-end product development cycle from concept to launch.
  • Participate in product testing , usability checks , and functional assessments across multiple prototypes.
  • Collect, document, and analyze feedback from internal teams and early users .
  • Collaborate on product packaging design , unboxing experience, and content alignment with market expectations.

Customer Insights & Review Analysis

  • Track and analyze customer reviews and ratings across platforms to uncover improvement areas.
  • Summarize feedback and work with teams to optimize product and packaging experience based on insights.

Competitive Research & Product Ideation

  • Conduct detailed research on competitors both domestic and international for pricing, features, packaging, and content.
  • Identify opportunity areas and product gaps , and contribute to new product ideation and recommendations .

Smart Device App Integration Support

  • Be part of the testing team for the Cult Smart Scale and its app integration.
  • Test functionality, log issues, and validate fixes to ensure a seamless digital experience for users.

Marketplace Growth & Coordination

  • Assist in scaling the category across Amazon, Flipkart, and Cult platforms .
  • Work with catalog, design, and brand teams to create high-converting product pages, banners, and creatives.
  • Write and manage briefs for creatives, and ensure brand consistency across all assets.


Who Were Looking For:

  • Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, B.Tech . (2025 Passouts)
  • Strong interest in consumer tech, product development, and e-commerce .
  • Highly organized with excellent project coordination and multi-team collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office , Google Sheets , and basic project tracking tools.
  • Comfortable with research, analysis , and documenting insights.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
