As a Content Writer, your primary responsibility is to craft high-quality, thoroughly researched, and compelling content centred around the real estate market, including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Stay informed about market trends, property developments, and industry news to produce informative articles that assist our audience in understanding and navigating these shifts. Apply SEO best practices to optimize content visibility and boost organic traffic while ensuring all content meets our style guidelines through meticulous review and editing for clarity and grammar.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on the real estate market, focusing on residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Analyze key trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Create clear and concise content on real estate, economy, and business topics.
- Develop content in various forms, including blogs, newsletters, infographics, social media posts, and video scripts.
- Simplify complex real estate & financial concepts and present them in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner.
- Manage and create content for Aurum Proptech's social media channels, including Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
What we are looking for
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in English Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in copywriting or content creation is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language, including strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content writing/management systems for digital marketing purposes.
