Roles & Responsibilities

Understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of users within the Ecommerce journey.

Collaborate with different teams to understand requirements and translate them into creative solutions.

Communicate design concepts effectively through verbal and visual presentations.

Apply problem-solving skills to simplify business processes, data flows, and user interactions.

Work with data and analytics to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

Assist in prototyping and usability testing before implementation.

Gain hands-on experience with leading design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, etc.

Support the team in creating impactful designs that align with Smytten’s brand identity and user experience goals.
Skills & Experience

Passion for E-commerce and basic understanding of UI/UX design.

Eagerness to learn, experiment, and bring new creative ideas.

Strong creative thinking with excellent time management skills.

Good graphic design skills with a portfolio/previous work (academic or freelance acceptable).

Flair for visual storytelling, originality, and conceptual ability.

Ability to adapt to changing feedback and project needs while keeping creative vision intact.

Openness to feedback and continuous improvement mindset.

Attention to detail to ensure design quality and brand consistency.
