Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Duties

Work on target-oriented recruitment, including CV screening, calling, and shortlisting profiles
Identify specific profiles from ideal companies and establish contact.
Engage and hire for the specific profiles.
Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, as well as print media.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR functions talent acquisition, and conflict management.
