Job Summary:
The Intern is responsible for providing administrative support to meet company management's objectives. The position requires continual attention to detail, understanding priorities, meeting deadlines, and the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Work also requires excellent communication skill, flexibility and coordination with other team members to accomplish overall team goals.
Job Functions and Duties:
1 Assist in performing and managing administration related works that is responsible by the department.
2 Responsible for managing procurement bidding documents, bid award notices, and supplier contracts.
3 Responsible for establishing and maintaining supplier files and records.
4 Other duties as assigned.
5 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time
Qualification:
Professional Knowledge & Skills - Proficiency using Microsoft Office; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Understand company operational process and system requirement; Strong interpersonal skills to work people and across different departments.
