We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Content Creator to develop engaging content for our brand across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
The ideal candidate should have a flair for storytelling, a solid understanding of digital marketing trends, and the ability to convert ideas into visually appealing, shareable posts.
Create and publish engaging daily/weekly posts, reels, and stories across all social media channels.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop brand-aligned content.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and short-form copy to boost engagement.
Stay updated on social media trends, recruitment/HR content ideas, and competitor activities.
Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns or hiring events.
Track analytics to measure performance and optimize strategy.
Maintain consistent brand voice and design aesthetics across all platforms.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram engagement strategies.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and paid promotions.
Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Experience with video editing or reel creation is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent.
0–2 years of relevant experience in social media or content creation roles.
