Internal Audit Director
to strengthen our internal control environment, enhance process efficiency, and ensure full compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute end-to-end audits of all business processes across domestic and international operations, with a particular focus on
production
,
retail
,
logistics
,
sales
,
warehouse
, and
administrative
functions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Conduct root cause analyses of identified nonconformities, develop and oversee corrective and preventive action plans, and ensure effective implementation.

Identify and evaluate opportunities to improve process efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness—especially within
manufacturing
and
retail operations
.

Design, implement, and manage the annual internal audit plan in a structured, risk-based manner.

Standardize and enhance internal audit methodologies, tools, and documentation across all business units.

Provide regular reports to senior management on audit findings, key risks, and recommended improvements, and ensure timely follow-up on actions taken.

Lead operational reviews and special investigations, including disciplinary and compliance-related cases.

Promote a culture of accountability, procedural awareness, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of
15 years of experience
in internal audit, operational audit, or internal control, ideally within
production
and
retail-oriented
industries.

Proven track record in auditing both
domestic and international operations
.

Strong understanding of
manufacturing processes, retail operations, supply chain, and inventory management
.

In-depth knowledge of process management, risk analysis, and procedure development.

Excellent command of
English
(written and spoken).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
-
Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective audit teams.
-
Flexibility and willingness to travel for field audits as required.
-
