Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead internal audit engagements across real estate and construction projects, including project management, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan based on enterprise risk assessment and strategic priorities.
  • Design audit programs aligned with international best practices to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Act as the main point of contact for audit-related matters, ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend measures to strengthen governance and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance and detect operational inefficiencies or compliance gaps.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Group Audit & Advisory Services function.
