Job Title: Internal Auditor – Branches & Factories
Location: Karachi (Branches & Factories)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Audits & Compliance Monitoring

• Conduct scheduled audits of branches and factories.
• Assess compliance with SFA, basic FSSC 22000, and company SOPs.
• Ensure timely closure of non-conformities and issue detailed audit reports.

2. Regulatory & Food Safety Standards

• Monitor compliance with SFA requirements, including hygiene, labeling, and medical certifications.
• Verify GMP, hygiene, sanitation, and CCP/OPRP monitoring as per FSSC guidelines.

3. Customer Complaint Review

• Review complaints during audits and coordinate resolution with QA and branches.
• Ensure corrective/preventive actions and identify recurring trends.

4. Follow-Up & Escalation

• Track closure of non-compliances and escalate repeated issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Pest Control teams for critical hygiene or food safety concerns.

5. Reporting

• Prepare monthly consolidated audit summaries.
• Present findings and compliance updates in bi-monthly review meetings.

6. Training & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct hygiene, food safety, and SFA compliance training every six months.
• Recommend improvement initiatives based on audit trends and SOP evaluation.

Records & Documentation:

• Internal audit reports and follow-up records
• Monthly branch/factory audit summaries
• Complaint verification reports
• Training attendance records
• Staff medical compliance verification (SFA)

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Science
• Certifications in Internal Auditing / FSSC 22000 Awareness / HACCP preferred

Experience:

• 1–3 years of internal auditing, QA, or compliance experience in the food industry

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO
• Understanding of Sindh Food Authority regulations
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills
• Effective communication and training delivery
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, able to manage multiple branches/factories

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
