Internal Auditor / Compliance Officer

Job Overview: Daksh Vikas Qatar is seeking a meticulous Internal Auditor / Compliance Officer to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, enhancing our governance and risk management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with operational and financial regulations.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and compliance measures.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure organizational adherence and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) are preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in internal auditing or compliance functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Salary:

Hourly rate between QAR 50 - 100, based on experience.
