Internal Auditor – Factory Operations

Human Capital HR Solutions (HC) is hiring on behalf of a well-established client in the frozen food industry for the position of Internal Auditor – Factory Operations. This is a critical role for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strong compliance across a large-scale production facility.
The Opportunity
This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end factory operations, working closely with production, finance, and compliance teams to strengthen controls, improve processes, and ensure transparency across all operational areas.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial audits including procurement, production costing, and sales reconciliation Perform operational audits across the full production cycle (receiving to dispatch) Ensure SOP compliance and identify process gaps with corrective actions Monitor ERP data integrity, inventory reconciliation, and reporting accuracy Verify inventory, yields, utilities, and equipment calibration Prepare audit reports and support external audits and inspections Requirements
ICMA / ACCA / CA (Part-qualified or Qualified) 1–4 years of experience in audit or finance FMCG / food industry exposure preferred Strong ERP knowledge and advanced Excel skills Understanding of cost accounting and production processes Experience in poultry or food manufacturing will be an advantage How to Apply
