Job Description:


Responsible for managing and facilitating the internal promotion process, ensuring transparency, fairness, and alignment with company policies. Supports departments in identifying internal talent, coordinating assessments/interviews, and maintaining accurate promotion records.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate internal promotion processes and timelines.
  • Communicate promotion opportunities to eligible employees.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify suitable internal candidates.
  • Support in organizing interviews, assessments, or evaluation panels.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and promotion criteria.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of promotion outcomes.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • English Language proficiency : B2-C1
  • At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Promotions, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of performance evaluation processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
