International Accounting & Tax Senior Specialist

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • Experience in international accounting and tax processes,
  • Proven background in multi-country structures and coordination with external advisors,
  • Solid knowledge of SAP FI,
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken,
  • 4 years experience, min. 2 years of Big Four experience,
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and effective communication abilities,
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment.


Job Description


  • End-to-end follow-up of VAT refund processes related to overseas offices and warehouses, including coordination and provision of required information and documentation to local advisors,
  • Monitoring and control of invoice postings in SAP for international operations,
  • Review, reconciliation, and assessment of financial statements prepared by local accounting/tax advisors,
  • Collection and review of monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring accurate and timely information flow with advisors,
  • Providing technical support for international financial processes,
  • Performing financial data controls and coordinating necessary corrections,
  • Working in close coordination with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of system-related financial processes,
  • Supporting statutory audit processes for international entities, including:

-Data checks and validations,

-Support for audit reports and auditor requests,

  • Other Reporting & Compliance Activities:

-Coordination with advisors during the preparation of Group Transfer Pricing documentation,

-Preparation of required data and documentation for the Turkey Master File.
