Renexus Resource Group is strengthening its international customer service operations and is looking for energetic, communicative, and client-focused individuals to join our growing team. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist international customers through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Understand customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain a helpful and positive approach.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and follow-up.
  • Document each interaction accurately within CRM systems and ensure data consistency.
  • Work toward meeting service benchmarks, including quality, response time, and issue resolution rates.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong command of English (both spoken and written) with confidence in professional communication.
  • Comfort using technology, online tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset and an interest in global customer support.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required — comprehensive training will be provided.

Compensation & Growth

  • Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 (depending on skills and experience).
