International Customer Support Executive (Inbound & Client Success) - Night Shift

ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar) is hiring Customer Support Executives for our In-House US Operations. We are the Principal Business Owner (16 Years in Market). We don't run temporary campaigns.

⚠THE REALITY: This is primarily a Support Role, but it requires a Proactive Mindset. You won't be cold calling strangers. However, you WILL be expected to make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients and recommend new services (Upselling) when it benefits them.

THE FINANCIALS:

• Base Salary: PKR 35,000 – PKR 45,000 (Fixed).
• Performance Bonus: Earn up to PKR 20,000 – 25,000 monthly (Based on Quality & Upgrades).
• Total Potential: Reliable performers take home PKR 65,000 – 75,000.
• Perks: Attendance Allowance (3k), Paid Training, Annual Increments.

THE ROLE (Hybrid: 70% Support / 30% Growth):

• Assist: Handle inbound queries and resolve technical/service issues (First Contact Resolution).
• Connect: Make Outbound Calls to verify account details or check in on client satisfaction.
• Advise: During calls, identify gaps in the client's service and pitch relevant upgrades or solutions.
• Record: Maintain detailed notes in Salesforce/HubSpot.

REQUIREMENTS:

• English: Fluent with a Neutral or American accent (You must sound confident pitching ideas).
• Experience: 6+ Months in International CSR or Retention.
• Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
• Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-C.
