International Finance Executive (BI Specialist)

1. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Perform variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting under supervision.
• Support budgeting and cost analysis activities.

2. Power BI Dashboard Development

• Build, update, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Convert raw data into visual insights for management decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, optimization, and automated refresh processes.

3. Data Management & Analytics

• Clean, organize, and validate financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Use analytical tools to identify patterns, insights, and performance indicators.
• Assist in creating data models to support business planning.

4. AI-Based Insights & Automation

• Support the implementation of AI-driven automation tools for financial processes.
• Use AI features (e.g., predictive analytics, anomaly detection) to enhance reporting quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.

5. Business Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with finance, operations, and management teams to understand data needs.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Provide timely support in ad-hoc analysis and data extraction tasks.

6. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain documentation of financial processes, dashboards, and analysis workflows.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and reporting standards.

7. Continuous Learning & Improvement

• Stay updated on Power BI updates, AI tools, and modern financial analytics techniques.
• Continuously improve reporting efficiency and analytical accuracy.

Required Skills:

1) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
2) Hands-on experience with MS Power Automate is a strong advantage.
3) In-depth understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
4) Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
5) Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills to convey technical insights effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
