International Sales Executive – Global Auto Trading Division
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Compensation: PKR 30,000 – 70,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

Renexus Resources is seeking an ambitious International Sales Executive to join our expanding Auto Trading portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in high-pressure international markets, possess solid closing skills, and have prior exposure to Auto Trade campaigns. Role Overview

As part of our global sales team, you will be responsible for developing cross-border business opportunities, nurturing international client relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth. You will play an essential role in connecting with overseas clients and converting prospects into long-term partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales plans tailored for international audiences.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into profitable business relationships.
  • Cultivate strong, continuing relationships with global clients and maintain their portfolios.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare detailed proposals, and finalize high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market fluctuations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years of international sales experience, ideally in the Auto Trade sector.
  • Proven success in achieving targets and managing overseas client accounts.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
  • Highly motivated, independent, and able to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Understanding of global trade processes, import/export operations, and related documentation.
  • Additional language skills are a strong advantage.

Additional Details

Applicants must be based in Karachi or willing to relocate. Daily on-site attendance at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office is mandatory. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for next steps.
