Renexus Resource Group is seeking a highly driven Global Account Executive to join our international B2B sales division in Karachi. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in business development, global client engagement, and relationship management within fast-moving markets.

In this role, you will manage the complete sales cycle — from identifying international prospects to closing deals — while earning through a transparent, uncapped commission structure designed to reward exceptional performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

As part of our global business team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a diversified international client portfolio:

  • International Outreach: Identify and engage potential B2B clients across multiple global regions to consistently meet growth targets.
  • Communication & Follow-Ups: Conduct outbound calls, send professional emails, and manage follow-up sequences to build trust and maintain active pipelines.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Present solutions confidently, lead pricing and contract discussions, and finalize agreements with senior decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Oversight: Keep CRM records updated with accurate sales data for forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with operations, delivery teams, and account managers to support seamless client onboarding and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for ambitious individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments and bring a global business mindset to the table:

  • Experience: 6 months–2 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or international client-facing roles.
  • Communication: Strong English speaking and writing skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
  • Technical Understanding: Familiarity with sales cycles and CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Personal Traits: Self-motivated, adaptable, target-focused, and able to manage high-volume workflows.

What You’ll Receive

  • Competitive Salary: PKR 30,000 – 70,000 per month (depending on experience and capability).
