International Sales Representative - Morning Shift

International Sales Executive (Upsell) – Morning Shift (Female Voice-Based)

We are currently hiring confident and motivated individuals for an international voice-based sales position.

- Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Compensation: Competitive salary with commission incentives

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and achieve assigned targets
• Present and promote digital services to international clients
• Support upselling and customer engagement activities

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a call center or software house environment
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in front-end sales and customer handling
• Familiarity with upselling techniques is preferred
• Prior record of achieving target approx $7k - $10k - Upselling

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Comfortable interacting with international clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
