International Sales Representative (Night Shift, On-site – Karachi, Pakistan)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Leads: Run outbound B2B sales campaigns to qualify international leads (US markets).
• Client Calls: Conduct discovery calls, negotiate terms, and close high-value contracts.
• CRM Management: Manage leads and pipeline using CRM software (e.g. HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Meet KPIs: Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in daily sales coaching and skill-building sessions.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ year in international sales, BPO outbound, or call center roles.
• Communication: Strong English skills (C1/C2 level) for global client interaction.
• Performance: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Skills: Confident negotiation and objection-handling ability.
• Shift: Willingness to work on-site night shifts (Mon–Sat).
