The consultant does not manage a team but works closely with others to ensure each student receives personalized assistance throughout their visa journey.

The role requires an analytical and problem-solving approach to address individual client needs while keeping up to date with the latest visa policies and international education trends. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor by presenting accurate information, helping prepare documentation, and monitoring application progress. Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with students to explain procedural steps, timelines, and potential challenges in the visa process.
• Coordinate with immigration authorities, educational institutions, and other relevant entities to facilitate smooth visa processing.
• Maintain confidential records of student interactions, application statuses, and follow-up activities in compliance with data protection standards.
• Respond promptly to student inquiries to provide timely support and resolve any issues related to visa applications.
• Conduct pre-visa counseling sessions to manage student expectations and prepare them for interviews or additional documentation requests.
