Position Overview:

The Sales Intern will support the sales team in daily showroom operations, assist customers, and learn the fundamentals of furniture retail sales. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students passionate about interior design, furniture, and customer service, seeking to gain hands-on experience in a professional retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing walk-in customers and showroom activities.
• Learn and support product presentations, pricing, and customer interaction.
• Maintain showroom displays, cleanliness, and product arrangements.
• Help prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales documentation.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and events.
• Observe and understand sales processes, from customer inquiry to order closing.
• Coordinate with the operations team for order tracking and delivery follow-ups.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales, interior design, or the furniture industry.
• Presentable, confident, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.
