Internet/Back up Finance

Volvo Cars Tampa is now hiring an Internet/Back up Finance consultant.

European brand looking for a full time Internet/Back up Finance consultant. Our perfect candidate must have 2 years of Automotive experience. Must be energetic, a team player, have excellent time management, attention to detail, and the passion to succeed and the desire to earn an unlimited income and want to work in an exciting industry. The Internet Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in growing New and Used Car sales from internet leads at 2 locations and also back up finance. This position is responsible for driving online sales and enhancing customer engagement, The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales with a focus on customer relationship.

Duties include:

*Grow New and Used Car Sales from internet leads.

*Back up Finance and presentation of vehicle protection plans and services.

*Submit lease and loan deals to lenders for approval. Prepare and complete title and registration forms. Prepare and complete dealership and/or lender documents for customer(s) to sign. Properly package deals to send to lenders for funding.

*Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer service and ensure a seamless buying experience for online customers.

*Analyze data from various digital platforms to assess performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

* Support staff on best practices for online customer interactions and sales techniques.

*Maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up processes to foster loyalty and repeat business.

*Must be detail oriented, attentive and have the ability to multi-task.
