The HR Intern supports day-to-day HR operations, recruitment tasks, employee engagement activities, and documentation work. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Maintain HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Prepare basic HR reports, presentations, and MIS updates.
  • Assist with policy communication, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Provide support in HRIS updates and data entry.
  • Handle general HR queries from employees.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/BA/PG diploma in HR (or related field).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn HR processes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
