Job Description:

  • Screening Resumes: Reviewing and conducting phone screens with candidates.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Identifying potential candidates from various job portals and social channels.
  • Candidate Analysis: Understanding and summarizing the candidate's key strengths, liabilities, and requirements.
  • Job Advertising: Advertising job openings on job boards, the company's careers page, and social media.
  • Database Management: Maintaining and updating the recruitment database.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Immediate Joiners: Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated, detailed-oriented, and results-driven individuals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
