Grades: Nursery to Grade 2
Female candidates only

HOMEROOM TEACHER (HRT) – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage classroom activities for Nursery to Grade 2
• Deliver lessons aligned with CBSE/Cambridge curriculum
• Maintain assessments, portfolios, and documentation
• Create a safe, child-centered learning environment
• Coordinate with Associate Teachers, Subject Teachers, and academic teams
• Conduct PTMs, assemblies, class events, and celebrations
• Ensure discipline, emotional wellbeing, and smooth class routines
• Participate in school events, training, and workshops

Qualifications:

• Montessori / NTT / D.Ted / TTC / Graduation with B.Ed
• Experience in Early Years or Primary preferred
• Strong communication and class management skills

ASSOCIATE TEACHER – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the HRT in classroom teaching
• Support students with reading, writing, and activities
• Help prepare worksheets, displays, and teaching aids
• Manage outdoor supervision, transitions, and routines
• Provide individual support to children
• Substitute for HRT when required

Qualifications:

• Montessori / NTT / D.Ted / TTC / Graduation with B.Ed
• Freshers with training may apply
• Warm, patient, child-friendly, and good communication skills

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Female candidates only
• Candidates within a 10 km radius preferred
• Others may apply if willing to relocate
• Timely completion of lesson plans, assessments, and assigned tasks
• Participation in academic and non-academic initiatives

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
