Job Description
The Inventory & Admin Assistant will work closely with the marketing, sales and operations teams to organize logistics and ensure inventory is accurately procured, tracked and distributed. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and coordinate inventory & admin support for our sales & field marketing teams in both Washington and partner states, primarily out of our warehouse space located in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently and interdepartmentally to accomplish goals. Experience with inventory management workflows and digital tracking systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Netsuite, Fishbowl, or similar).

Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 or 9am to 4 or 5pm (flexible between these hours)
Pay: $60,000 Salary
