Inventory Control Counter

CWC Logistics Inventory Control Team Member

CWC Logistics is opening a new operation in Clarksville and needs to hire an Inventory Control Team Member to assist with the start up phase of the operation and to conduct ongoing Inventory counts.

Position Details:

• Pay starts at $20.40 per hour progressing to $21.40 with an additional opportunity for $50 per week based on attendance
• 1st Shift Schedule with occasional Overtime

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles stock count to a computer-generated report.
• Monitor and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems.
• Receive and Put Away inbound product, move product within the warehouse and Pick outbound orders as needed
• Basic Data entry into Warehouse Management System
• Contributes ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
• Promotes organization and cleanliness on the shipping/receiving floor.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Be eligible to work in the United States
• Computer skills including data entry, Microsoft Excel and some experience with Warehouse Management systems.
• General knowledge of scan gun software.
• Ability and willingness to operate Order Picker Equipment that will take the Counter to locations that are 30 + feet in the air
• Be able to work independently to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills
• Willingness to learn additional roles to support the operation
