Inventory Control Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support our warehouse and operations team in Las Vegas, NV. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting receiving operations, coordinating inventory movement, and ensuring overall inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks, including cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to ensure timely recieving of goods and materials.
• Process daily refunded orders and RMA returns, ensuring items are properly returned to inventory locations.
• Reserve and cancel inventory allocations for future orders as needed.
• Assign bin locations for new products in QuickBooks and maintain corresponding physical warehouse location.
• Issue work orders to warehouse personnel for inventory assembly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory is available to support sales and order fulfillment needs.
• Develop and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize loss and maximize operational efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies effectively

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
