Inventory Coordinator

Job Overview
Responsible for the Daily Inventory Reviews, Inventory Accuracy, processing Production Order Entries, receiving raw materials and movement, Tobacco movement verification, Bill of Material (BOM) updates.

Duties

• Gain SAP proficiency specific to Finished Goods Warehouse activities.
• Maintain Bills of Material.
• Enter Process Orders for items listed on the Production Schedule based on start & end dates.
• Enter material returns into Process Orders.
• Coordinate with Make/Pack Operations and assist in material staging and issuing material to orders.
• Receive material into correct SAP module.
• Weekly/Monthly/Annual Inventory Count and Reporting.
• Determine Root Cause of Inventory Discrepancies and Corrective Action.
• Monitor Defective Material and coordinate with Make/Pack Operations and Supply Chain to determine root cause and resolution.
• Maintain bin assignments by family and affinity groupings for all materials.
• Maintain Safe and Clean work area.
• General office duties as assigned. (ex., reprint labels, lookup items, etc.)
• Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ethical Conduct.
• Lift up to 60lbs.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment
• Be able to stand, kneel, reach, pull, and walk up to 8hours/shift.
• Technical Capacity including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient in English (read, write, comprehension)
• Proficient in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to effectively multitask.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to represent the company with honesty and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
