Job Overview
Responsible for the Daily Inventory Reviews, Inventory Accuracy, processing Production Order Entries, receiving raw materials and movement, Tobacco movement verification, Bill of Material (BOM) updates.
Duties
- Gain SAP proficiency specific to Finished Goods Warehouse activities.
- Maintain Bills of Material.
- Enter Process Orders for items listed on the Production Schedule based on start & end dates.
- Enter material returns into Process Orders.
- Coordinate with Make/Pack Operations and assist in material staging and issuing material to orders.
- Receive material into correct SAP module.
- Weekly/Monthly/Annual Inventory Count and Reporting.
- Determine Root Cause of Inventory Discrepancies and Corrective Action.
- Monitor Defective Material and coordinate with Make/Pack Operations and Supply Chain to determine root cause and resolution.
- Maintain bin assignments by family and affinity groupings for all materials.
- Maintain Safe and Clean work area.
- General office duties as assigned. (ex., reprint labels, lookup items, etc.)
- Other Duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ethical Conduct.
- Lift up to 60lbs.
- Operate Material Handling Equipment
- Be able to stand, kneel, reach, pull, and walk up to 8hours/shift.
- Technical Capacity including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient in English (read, write, comprehension)
- Proficient in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to effectively multitask.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to represent the company with honesty and integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
