Job Overview
Riley-Gardner Memorial Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory & Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Texas.
This role combines inventory management, customer service, and CAD-based design support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both organization and problem-solving. No CAD experience is required—we will train the right individual—but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track granite inventory, materials, and incoming shipments
- Coordinate with suppliers on availability, orders, and delivery timelines
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular counts
- Provide support to customers and internal teams with professionalism and urgency
- Assist with monument design updates and revisions using CAD software (training provided)
- Communicate with retail locations and production to ensure smooth workflow
- Help resolve issues quickly and go above and beyond to meet customer needs
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in inventory, purchasing, or customer service preferred
- CAD experience (such as ARES Commander) is a plus, but not required
