1-day shift: Mon-Fri, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

1-night shift: Mon-Fri, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Cycle Counter to join our Day shift and Night shift warehouse teams. Night shift cycle counter must be able to train on dayshift then move to night shift. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy of our physical inventory by conducting regular, systematic cycle counts using order picker (cherry Picker). You will be responsible for reconciling physical stock, investigating discrepancies, and identifying the root causes of inventory variances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Counting: Perform daily cycle counts of Inventory stock materials.
• Discrepancy Investigation: Research inventory variances (overages/shortages) by reviewing transaction history, receiving, and put-away records.
• Location Accuracy: Ensure all items are properly stored, labeled, and placed in the correct bin locations.
• Process Improvement: Report findings to management to help implement corrective actions that eliminate future errors.
• Support Operations: Assist warehouse staff in locating materials and performing quality checks on damaged goods.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety rules, including proper forklift operation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 6 months focusing on inventory control or cycle counting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and basic MS Office (Excel).
• Equipment: Experience operating forklifts, (order pickers, sit down, reach) (certification preferred).
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in counting and data entry.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
