As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to help manage inventory, support online sales, and drive our marketing efforts.

Position Overview

The Inventory & E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining accurate in-store inventory, supporting online sales operations, and executing marketing initiatives across social media and paid channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is passionate about fashion/beauty, and has hands-on Shopify and marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate in-store inventory levels and assist with regular stock audits
• Update product listings and support online sales operations through Shopify
• Create and schedule social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager and Shipping Manager to ensure smooth operations
• Support store merchandising and help with product organization as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Shopify (product uploads, inventory, order management)
• Experience running or supporting paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fashion, beauty, or retail environments
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)

Compensation

$19–$24 per hour, depending on experience and skillset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
