Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Monitor daily warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and timely system updates.
- Conduct regular stock counts, analyze inventory turnover and slow-moving items, and provide optimization recommendations.
Receiving & Logistics
- Track supplier shipments and logistics, coordinate receiving, inspection, and storage processes.
- Ensure received goods match purchase orders in quantity, specifications, and quality
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and receiving reports to support purchasing, sales, and management decisions.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies (shortages, overstock, slow-moving items) and implement corrective actions.
Coordination & Communication
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, sales, logistics, and store teams to ensure smooth inventory and receiving operations.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and inventory adjustments as required.
Process Improvement
- Continuously optimize inventory management and receiving processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics, experience in footwear, apparel, or sports brands preferred.
- Proficient ERP systems (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.4Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
