Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and optimizing spare parts inventory to ensure efficient, cost-effective supply and operational excellence. Works closely with the Strategic Inventory Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily inventory operations and maintain optimal stock levels.

Support demand forecasting and analyze trends to align supply with customer needs.

Monitor inventory turnover, stockouts, and implement optimization strategies.

Coordinate with suppliers (RLC, GLC) for timely deliveries.

Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards.

Prepare reports on inventory performance and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.

Assist in risk management and support strategic inventory initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

Exp 6 + Years

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/inventory systems.

Customer-focused, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Integrity, professionalism, and strong team collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,459,303.11 per year
