Inventory Management Specialist – Used Car Dealership

Position Overview
Ditat Deus Automotive is seeking a detail‑driven, organized, and proactive Inventory Management Specialist to oversee the intake, organization, and online presentation of our used vehicle inventory. This role is responsible for listing a minimum of 50 vehicles per month across multiple online platforms and supporting dealership operations through accurate documentation and inventory control.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced automotive environment, understands the importance of clean and consistent listings, and takes pride in keeping inventory flowing smoothly from acquisition to sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish 50+ high‑quality vehicle listings per month on platforms such as DealerCenter, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, OfferUp, Carsforsale, CarGurus, and others.
- Photograph and video each vehicle, ensuring clear, appealing, and accurate visual presentation.
- Write detailed, accurate descriptions including features, packages, mechanical condition, and vehicle history.
- Verify VIN, mileage, title status, and equipment accuracy before publishing.
- Maintain real‑time accuracy of all online listings, removing sold units and updating pricing as needed.
- Coordinate with sales and management to prioritize vehicles for listing and reconditioning.
- Track vehicles through the intake process: acquisition, transport, detail, mechanical inspection, and readiness for sale.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for each unit.
- Assist with lot organization, key management, and vehicle placement.
- Support dealership operations with other duties as assigned, including light administrative tasks, customer assistance, or inventory audits.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive inventory, dealership operations, or online listing management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy — no sloppy listings.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly listing quotas.
- Comfortable using DealerCenter or similar DMS platforms (training available).
- Basic photography skills and ability to capture clean, marketable images.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving dealership environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $58,205.50 per year
