About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible and proactive Inventory Management Intern who can independently handle day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be efficient, organized, and confident in communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams. This is a role for someone who can “manage everything” related to inventory, orders, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management

  • Maintain stock records, track inventory levels, and update the system regularly.
  • Monitor stock requirements, shortages, damaged items, and returns.
  • Ensure timely restocking and proper storage of products.

Customer Handling

  • Attend customer calls professionally.
  • Resolve queries related to orders, availability, delivery, and product information.
  • Assist customers with complaint resolution and after-sales support.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock updates and order placement.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up when required.
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors for smooth operations.

Order & Process Coordination

  • Track orders, packaging, dispatch, and delivery status.
  • Ensure smooth flow of operations between warehouse, delivery partners, and customers.
  • Maintain order dashboards, daily reports, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ownership mindset.
  • Prior experience in operations, customer service, or inventory (optional but preferred).
