What You'll Do in This Role:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records for plumbing supplies, tools, and materials. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department for timely replenishment. Keep the warehouse organized and efficient.
  • Parts Delivery: Safely prepare, package, load, and deliver plumbing parts and materials to job sites. Ensure timely deliveries so plumbers can complete their work without delay.
  • Assist Plumbing Teams: Help plumbers on-site by carrying tools, materials, and equipment. Perform basic plumbing tasks under supervision, learning valuable skills from experienced professionals. Keep the work area clean and safe.
  • Effective Communication: Collaborate with plumbers to meet job-specific requirements. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Quality Control: Inspect delivered parts and materials for quality and accuracy, promptly reporting any issues to the purchasing team.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols while handling supplies and driving company vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and regulations.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and thrive in a hands-on, demanding environment.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Eagerness to learn and assist with various plumbing tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing materials is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or with basic plumbing is advantageous.
