Inventory Supervisor

Position Summary
The Inventory Supervisor oversees daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, system integrity, and efficient inventory control processes. This role leads inventory staff, manages cycle counts and audits, and works cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and support operational needs. Manufacturing/production experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily inventory activities (cycle counts, audits, reconciliations)
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with purchasing and planning teams
• Train and supervise inventory staff, ensuring productivity and compliance
• Generate reports on inventory accuracy, trends, and KPIs
• Support physical inventory counts and audits

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of inventory, warehouse, or materials experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• High attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
