Inventory Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Inventory Support Specialist to join our

team. This role is essential in ensuring our crews and facilities are fully equipped,

organized, and supported for daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a positive

attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across

departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily morning checks to ensure all shops have the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies
• Perform weekly inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with uniform and PPE distribution to team members.
• Support crew box inspections every two months.
• Pick up and deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist with Point of Sale (POS) operations when required.
• Become familiar with and utilize the KPA system effectively
• Collaborate with teams to ensure operational effectively and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift at least 35 pounds.
• Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to occasionally work weekends as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
